Janine Puget, MD, 2011

Ms. Puget’s work explored the difficulties related to dealing with the otherness of the other as distinct from conflicts deriving from identification. She has also examined the problems related to social suffering and prejudice, and the repercussions of social events in our clinical life. This led her to include uncertainty as a basic principle of life to deal with the unexpected. From the beginning, her interests included classic psychoanalysis as well as group therapy, couple and family psychoanalysis.
